Updating Delivery Status

Truckers and Consignees can help provide updates to pick-up dates, scheduled delivery dates, exceptions, empty container pick-up dates and more.

Search for Deliveries or Containers.

  1. Go to Modules > Deliveries
  2. Click . Here are some common filters:
    • New Deliveries” – Newly dispatched Shipments
    • “No Actual Delivery Date” – Shipment has not delivered.
    • “No Dates” – There is no activity, including pick-up or scheduled deliveries.
    • Demurrage” – Searching containers with risk of expensive storage fees.
    • Pending Deliveries
    • Per Diem” – Containers that have already been picked up and need to be returned to the terminal.
  3. Use Search Field to further narrow down results.

Updating Delivery Status

A couple methods to updating dates and status of Deliveries.

Method 1:  From the main page, click the 3-dot button to make quick updates:

Change status, update SKUs and comment on Deliveries:

Proof of Delivery

When a status changes to “Delivered”, the following data can be added to support Proof of Delivery:

  • Attach photos and scanned files
  • Use Labels to make PODs easily searchable.
  • Mark and add notes for Exceptions.

 Additional tips:

  • To send questions and comments, click on the tab.
  • Export results in Excel by clicking Export icon.
  • Deliveries can also be tracked in Shipments, Purchase Orders and Products by clicking on the Bookings tabtab.
